If we're out of the office, or it's after hours, there's voice mail at
 the first number listed above.  We normally respond to voice mail
 messages left here by the next business day.

If you need to contact us in an emergency, we normally maintain cell phone
communications from ROUGHLY 7:00am-11:00pm EST each day.  If we're unable
to answer or are traveling outside of a cellular service area; this number also has voice
mail that can be retrieved from any telephone.  When outside of a cellular service
area, we normally check our voicemail via a land based phone 
at least once, and usually twice a day.

E-mail  E-mail   You're always free to contact us via email for whatever purpose. 

 If you are interesting in receiving a bid on a particular project, and already have some
basic information gathered (i.e., your contact and billing information, an inventory and
description  of the items you want painted, building access information, and a tentative
timetable, etc.), it's best to forward that information via email before contacting us by
other means.  That will save time and expense by affording us an opportunity to become
somewhat familiar with your project before any secondary communication.

Email is also a good fallback method of communication if you can't reach us by
any of the other methods.  We normally travel with laptop computers and check our
email every evening.
