written inventory of damaged or missing components if you
are availing yourself of our repair services. Include the name of the locker
manufacturer and the locker style(s) (click here for
pictures of the various locker styles if you are unsure of
what you have).

If
your project includes the installation of new lockers,
provide access to a loading dock, if possible.

A
past maintenance history:
Information
on any previous paint coatings, special chemical cleaners,
waxes, etc. that may have been applied over the years.

Selection
of your color(s).
|
 |
Advise
building management and department heads of impending work schedules.
|
 |
Provide
normal ventilation or air conditioning during the work
period.
|
 |
Our
crew leader will need to have access to the building during
non-business hours.
Please make arrangements for him/her to have keys or provide
him/her with a contact person who will be available to
provide inside access to the school.

Note:
If we are unable to access the school or are
prohibited from working for reasons beyond our
control, a "down time" charge of $1,000 PER DAY will be assessed.

Notify
local police agencies that PIE employees will be working in
the building after hours (license plate numbers will be
available prior to the beginning of each job).

Provide
crew leader with telephone numbers of alarm company and
fire department, as
well as any other required emergency numbers.
|
 |
Provide
110 volt electrical sources, clean water, restroom
facilities, and containers for
non-hazardous waste disposal.
|
 |
Make
arrangements to have all combination locks removed (doors
open if built-in combination locks are in use) and all
personal items removed.
