In the course of our regular work, we occasionally get serviceable
MasterLocks© as salvage or takeouts.  


These locks become available for a number of reasons.

Examples

  1. Schools get torn down before the lockers and locks are worn out.

  2. Schools install the built-in locks when the school is a junior high, then the school is downgraded to an elementary, and the administration doesn't want locks on the lockers for the smaller children.  

  3. Schools install the locks and then find out  that the students don't really want their lockers secured. 

 In short, they are not being removed because of any problems with the locks themselves.

Although these locks will show varying amounts of wear and tear; most will
have many years of service left.  If you have been wanting MasterLock©
built-in combination locks; but haven't been able to afford them, then buying
used may be a viable alternative for you. 

 All locks are given a cursory cleaning and inspection.  We will guarantee
 each lock to be serviceable or we will replace it free of charge within the 
first 30 days after your receipt.  Locks will come with an original or reprinted
 control chart showing all five factory combinations. 

 Control keys can be purchased at a nominal cost in conjunction with the
purchase of locks; but for security reasons will only be provided in the same
control code as the locks currently being purchased.
 If you need keys for a different control code, please contact MasterLock© directly.
